Role Overview
The University Admissions Consultant is dedicated to guiding students through the university application process. Working closely with other key IvyPrep team members, including strategists and subject-matter tutors, you will empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to apply successfully to target universities in the UK.
Your role involves helping students to develop a comprehensive, personalised application strategy - from identifying values, interests, and passions; researching best fit courses and universities, and curating these elements into an effective final application.
You will be a reliable source of information and advice to students and parents, and must be comfortable speaking to parents to manage family expectations about the consulting and admissions process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for empowering students, and a track record of success in your college applications are essential for this role. You should also enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor students through their university applications from start to submission, providing strategic advice, admissions insights, and personalised recommendations
Support students in brainstorming, drafting, editing, and proofreading written application material, including personal essays, supplemental essays, extracurricular awards and activities lists, and requests for letters of recommendations
For students considering their application ahead of application year, identify their strengths and interests and create strategic roadmaps for them to enhance their extracurricular profiles through the remaining years of high-school / Junior College
Maintain regular communication with students and parents to check on students’ progress at key milestones and answer any questions
Collaborate with the Sales team in delivering trials and workshops to facilitate client engagement with IvyPrep’s products and services
Develop strong relationships with students and parents to drive referrals and cross-sells
Contribute to the development of resources, materials and articles to provide high quality materials to enhance student engagement and learning

Role Overview
The Client Advisor is the first touchpoint for prospective students and parents, and works towards building relationships with them and becoming a trusted resource and key point of contact throughout their journey with IvyPrep.
You will share and promote IvyPrep’s services and create a positive and impressive experience leading to an engagement opportunity. In the process of doing so, you will work closely with students to understand their aspirations, develop a strategic roadmap aligned with their profile, and recommend a personalized plan of suitable programs to support them in achieving their goals. Once students are onboarded, you will then connect the students with a diverse team of consultants and tutors / mentors to maximize their academic capability and improve their overall profile.

Respond promptly to student / parent enquiries (online and in person), promote IvyPrep’s services and hold consults with prospective clients in a professional manner and that aligns with IvyPrep’s brand and culture
Develop deep knowledge of overseas university systems, testing requirements and latest developments / trends in admissions and testing, and be able to share them with students and parents to guide them towards selecting options best suited for the students

Role Overview
The Partnerships and Business Development Associate will oversee, develop and manage partner development strategy, attract new partners, build relationships and create successful business opportunities for IvyPrep.
Bringing an understanding of the education sector and system in Singapore and regional countries alongside commercial awareness and relationship building skills, you will take play a key role in increasing strategic sales activity through the right partnerships. Working closely with the Client Advisory team, you will be responsible for identifying suitable partner targets to establishing a partner community, and onboarding partners for IvyPrep programs.
